The showroom and sales management:
The United Expo – Trade Center will have a permanent
exhibit and sales management with all services including
the support of Video Conference, customs broker, cargo
services, and the companies’ sales management will offer
and promote all products made or under distribution of
the exhibitors from Brazil, countries member of the
NAFTA(Canada-USA-Mexico, China , Malaysia and others
countries of South, Central America.
Including the countries located in the Caribbean.

The exhibitor shall fulfill the follows:
1 - Sign a contract with exclusivity sales and
exhibition
2 - Booth decorations
3 - Product data information
4 - Packaging information
5 - 3 samples for each local area exhibition
6 - Catalogues in English - French - Spanish (North
America)
7 - Catalogues in Chinese and English for China Market
8 - Prices list Up date's monthly
9 - CD room video demo of each product
10 - Pay sales management commission, the index will be
according the line products
The fees for exhibition
The project and plans for United Expo & Trade Center, is
a special and unique systems expo & trade for the
exhibitors, the exhibitors will pay regular condominium
maintenance booth, will not pay exhibition regular, will
pay only when and in the period has a sales, and the
amount will be flat prices, will pay a sales commission
for all products sold in the expo & trace center and by
the world wide agents, the index or level commissions
will be according the lines products sold.
The procedures:
A) The exhibition plans will be promoted in each country
of location of each agent of the Expo & Trade Center
B) When the client exhibitor agree to agreement, first
he will need supply a picture, product information with
packing and shipment information
C) The customs booker and freight forward company will
calculate CIF cost
D) The exhibitor contact the freight company agreed by
the head office and will send samples for and to the
Expo & Trade Center with the recorded products, factory
in CD and all product data information
E) The Location showroom when receive the decoration for
both and product will be in exhibition
F) The showroom administration will insert in the data
bureau all information
G) The visitor buyer will have all demonstration of the
product, will see all in the CD of the product and will
receive all information CIF and duties in own country,
and will have all support to import with or customs
broker and freight forward and all policies warranty of
the product and will import directly from the industry
exhibitor
H) Information and support to open the L.C or issue the
wire payment to the exporter, the United Expo & Trade
Center will have and will appoint a financial
institution (Bank) to support all exhibitors and
clients.
