New Contract:
Future Delivery Contract
The new corporation UNITED VALLEY MINING, INC will
develop plans with land owners or project owner in
Brazil to present to importers companies a plans to
operate an iron ore mining in Brazil. The briefs
plans will be ready on February 15, 2010.
In addition UNITED VALLEY MINING, INC signed a
contract for 5 years to supply by clients and
associates an Iron Ore under terms FUTURE DELIVERY
is a substantial quantity for a Chinese metallurgic
company.
Will be invited a miners and directly producers in
Brazil and other countries. The contract was signed,
notarized and approved in corporate meeting.
The delivery time is from now with minimum 6 months
of pre notice and no late December 30, 2012

IICC Cooperative and I.M.I.C Iron & Mineral
International Cooperative signed a new agreement
with Chinese company
I.M.I.C - UNITED TOP INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT.
The contract is for international administration and
purchasing management for Iron Ore.
Contract valid for two (2) and all administration
will starts on this November 2nd, 2009
IICC : August 23th, 2009
On August 22nd, IICC signed a new agreement and
granted membership to PTPRO CO, (PISON RAJAWALI
Company) in the category of Member Supplier of CPO
Crude Palm Oil and others vegetal oils.
The membership agreement is valid for two (2) years
and the new member will supply all vegetal oils need
for bio diesel production by IICC Members and house
clients.
The company are under status of good standing
supplier.

The future Expo & Trade Center are under finals
plans and concluding the plans fro CHINA HALL for 25
booths for Chinese companies to participate in 2010
at the complex.
IICC : August 19th
USA Global Energy & Biomass, Inc effective September
1st 2009 will have a monthly quota to promote sales
and export 12,500MT minimum and 25,000 Maximum for
Palm Oil.

IICC and Branches in US and China concluded a
contract and signed a distribution agreement in
China for machinery to produce vegetal oils and bio
Diesel with top quality of Blinda Ltda (Brazil) and
maintenance and support by South Gate Vegetal Oils &
Biodiesel, Inc.
IICC : July 8th, 2009
Today at 5PM, we concluded a conference meeting and
final approved the plans and analysis for the
Industrial Village.
The plans was concluded in November 2008 and after 8
months in negotiation, we concluded the deal and
plans.
The Industrial Village now has a new company name
as:
New Horizon Industrial & Commercial Complex, Inc
with commercial name of:
United International Industrial & Commercial Complex
under administration and plans of Developments &
Estates United, Inc
The Company are under incorporation and after we
will prepare all plans and, prepare to open in
Brazil the Brazilian company subsidiary to develop
the project.
We will start to select the area local for the
development, will be under confidentiality until.
The land are purchased in Brazil.
The ownership will be by United, Minghui Brothers
International, IICC and 3 foreigners owners.
At industrial complex was conformed the assembly
lines plants and distribution of:
1- ATVs
2- Electric Bikes and sport bikes
3- Water pump
4- Plant for wooden floor, wooden frames, wooden
doors (for export)
5- Optional lot
And all commercial and services lots / building same
are in the final plan.
IICC : On July 3rd, 2009
IICC Cooperative and its parent company Developments
& Estates United, Inc close a deal today with an
international company to develop a plans to the
client open a plan to produce bio diesel in USA in
his own land close the sea and port.
The plans will be for 5 units to produce 10,000 MT
per month, and the project will be for next 5 years
starting on 2010.
The plant will have end of the 5 years a production
of 50,000 MT with own distribution and logistic to
distribute to retailers and wholesales in USA. The
target is to produce B99.9.
IICC Cooperative trough its members will supply all
machinery, chemicals, assembly and maintenance
services, Developments & Estates United, inc will
provide the business and industrial plans, financial
analysis and consulting services for the client buy
all need for turnkey plant in hands.
The plans will starts in July 30rd, 2009

IRON & Minerals International Cooperative, Inc with
the parent company Developments & Estates United,
Inc closed a deal contract for 2 years with US/Canada
Company for Import-export and Distribution for IRON
ORE and others minerals in to market in North
America, Caribbean and Europe.
The new joint venture is to import - distribution
for 300,000 up 500,000 MT minimum per month and per
2 years in mutual exclusivity.
The information of our new Joint Venture Company

On this Tuesday, May 16th, Iron & Minerals
International Cooperative, Inc (Clearwater-FL) with
its parent company Developments & Estates United,
Inc signed an international agreement with M.B.
International , Co (Hong Kong-SAR) , The agreement
is valid for 5 years, and for supply Iron Ore in
quantity of 150,000 MT for the 1st 6 months and
300,000 MT for the second semester and may be will
increase according the demand in China.
The contract also is valid for all parties of the
contract operate as miners or contract for joint
venture.
For the 1st year may participate companies
affiliated and or associated at Iron & Minerals
International Cooperative, Inc / and or clients of
Developments & Estates United, Inc.
The contracts was signed and notarized and in
process to be registered at Corporate records (Corporate
Book)
The Iron Ore contract was signed with terms of
mutual exclusivity.
On this June 20th, will be final meeting with
objective for and sign an international agreement
for administration export and produce vegetal oils,
plans to present developments land plans for
plantation to produce vegetal oils for bio diesel
production by potential clients, these project and
plans are projected participation of all companies
sisters, and associated.
