NOTICE WITH OUR PREJUDICE OF OUR COMPANY AND BRANCHES

We certify and inform the following:
1- We do not have agents, mandates or attorneys selling or offering any product, minerals or machinery on our behalf.
2- All sales and offers are done exclusively through our headquarters and or our authorized branches.
3- We do not ask any upfront fees or payment for any transaction, all financial transactions will be according to the contract signed which is approved by us and shall also be verified bank to bank, with all banking information confirmed in the contract.
4- All contracts, documents, corporate resolution will be signed by our CEO / COO and notarized by a legal notary in the USA
5- FCOs or similar documents will be signed by the CEO /COO and notarized by a USA Notary.

Any request that does not match the above, please contact us by e-mail or phone, we will reply immediately to all of your questions.

DO NOT ISSUE ANY PAYMENT FOR CASH / AT SIGHT, OR CHECKS ISSUED TO ANY PERSONAL NAME, EVERYTHING SHALL BE ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE CONTRACT OR INVOICE. AND ALL PAYMENTS SHALL BE ISSUED TO OUR COMPANY BUSINESS NAME.
