The concept of: INDUSTRIAL VILLAGES

Industrial Villages was planned to have multiple and modular Industrial Villages; a project plan created and under mailto:copyrights2004-2006-2008@jecgennare by J. E. de Gennare in behalf of DEVELOPMENTS & ESTATES UNITED, INC, and special for the futures industries client of IICC and the Industrial Village

In addition will analyzed a proposals for joint venture with Real Estates Agents in other countries.

All Industrial Villages, has a target to have a plans for bio diesel, ethanol and vegetal and fruits seeds for crude oils.

Industrial Villages is projected to have a residential complex with many facilities for all levels of employees and administrative staff.

The Industrial Villages will present all plans; including construction plans with full financial program options of “Key in the Hands”, “Lease Back”, or other financial options trough financial institutions and under applications with Developments Banks and a choice of the clients and/or members.

The Industrial Villages project has a goal to promote and increase employment for the area where it will be located, and to generate more business to directly, and indirectly, involved companies like construction companies, retail food companies, transportation industries, etc. The association & condominium administration at the Industrial Villages will also have additional support for the employees. For example, technical courses may be offered, a medical and dental plan, and new homes in a residential complex.

Development brief comments

01 - The Industrial Lots

Each lot at Industrial Village, are suggested an area of 5,000 TO 10,000m2, enough are for industrial building and parking lot.

For industrial lots in each complex will need minimum of 4 (four) and maximum of 6 to 8  (six) lots, according the industrial plans of each region our country.

02 - Industrial Buildings

For each lot and under industrial lines projected a minimum de 2,000m2 up to 4,000 m2 building, may start a half area construction.

Under basic industrial style, and each building needs:

A - Industrial area

B - Offices ‘s room

C - Lunch & coffee room

D - Small lobby

03 - Administrative buildings:

Industrial Village administration

Condominium Industrial office

Conference and meeting room (administration and for members)

Copy and printer center (administration and for members)

International Business Counselor to offer industrial joint venture, and offer the plans Industrial Villages overseas.

In this item secretarial services, printer and copy center, customs broker services, and freight (services will be paid by the industries or and commercial members).

Employment agency : for training, select and test employees for the industries members

For medical services emergency, employee’s medical test

Restaurant for visitors and supply daily meals for employees if needs.

Pharmacy to supply employees’ s family  (under special prices cooperative) under special line credit deductible in the payroll

Supermarket for visitors and employees under special prices cooperative for employees under special line credit deductible in the payroll

D - Customs broker agent to support the affiliated brokers in exporting and importing goods)

Also, in house will have:

Sales Management Company to promote all the oils and products produce by the members

A - Showroom and all staff present to assist with visitors and buyers
