The concept of:

Industrial Villages
was planned to have multiple and modular Industrial
Villages; a project plan created and under

& ESTATES UNITED, INC, and special for the futures
industries client of IICC and the Industrial
Village
In addition will
analyzed a proposals for joint venture with
Real Estates Agents in other countries.
All Industrial
Villages, has a target to have a plans for bio
diesel, ethanol and vegetal and fruits seeds
for crude oils.
Industrial Villages
is projected to have a residential complex with
many facilities for all levels of employees
and administrative staff.
The Industrial
Villages will present all plans; including construction
plans with full financial program options of
“Key in the Hands”, “Lease Back”, or other financial
options trough financial institutions and under
applications with Developments Banks and a choice
of the clients and/or members.
The Industrial
Villages project has a goal to promote and increase
employment for the area where it will be located,
and to generate more business to directly, and
indirectly, involved companies like construction
companies, retail food companies, transportation
industries, etc. The association & condominium
administration at the Industrial Villages will
also have additional support for the employees.
For example, technical courses may be offered,
a medical and dental plan, and new homes in
a residential complex.

Village, are suggested an area of 5,000 TO 10,000m2,

lots in each complex will need minimum of 4
(four) and maximum of 6 to 8 (six) lots,
